Are you ready to embark on a transformational journey of professional and personal development? I’m Sylvie Adeline Santoro, a certified coach, trilingual leadership trainer, and experienced change leader.

With nearly thirty years of experience across a wide range of organizations—from start-ups to global giants—I’ve honed my expertise in driving positive change. My career spans both North American and European companies, providing me with a rich set of experiences and insights. My deep understanding of transnational culture in Canada, the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa ensures that my coaching approach is globally relevant.

Early in my career, I began coaching professionals, managers, directors, and executives, and I quickly realized that the value of my coaching came from seeing the human being before the professional. This often led to clients being promoted, changing careers, or even leaving their companies to find roles that truly aligned with who they were. I’ve often felt like a guide through life transitions, stages, and cycles.

That’s why I decided to deepen my toolbox by studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and positive psychology—so I could help clients unlock their potential and move past the inner blocks holding them back. I use a blend of values clarification, emotional intelligence, and reflective practices to guide them toward greater clarity and alignment. My goal is to help each person reconnect with who they truly are so they can lead with authenticity, both professionally and personally.
